We are aware of a national issue with several phone network providers. This may affect mobile and landline customers. We hope that letting you know helps you to keep in touch with anyone in your circle, especially those younger and older that may be vulnerable 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
If our patients have anything urgent that they need to contact us about we are able to receive incoming calls. ☎️ This is an issue external to the practice and our telephone provider. Thank you for your understanding.

The practice will be closed on Wednesday 16 July for protected learning time.
Closing at 13.00 and re-opening at 08.00am on Thurs 17 July.
Thank you for your understanding. This is valuable time for our clinical and admin team to complete mandatory training to enhance the service for our patients.
Online triage will be completely closed from 1pm and will re-open Thurs 17 July at 7.00am.

We are aware that some of our patients may have queries about the approval of weight loss drugs by NHS England for weight management.
The eligibility criteria has been set but this is strict and may only be for a small number of patients. We are awaiting further information on how the programme will be rolled out.
Despite announcements in the news, we have no further information to offer at this point.
The eligible patients will be contacted in due course once the arrangements are fully in place.

UPDATE - Thank you to all our patients for their patience yesterday during the critical IT issues that occurred. We are pleased to say these problems have now resolved.

URGENT - The Cheshire Server has a critical issue this morning. This is affecting all GP practices in Cheshire. We have currently had to close medical triage to manage this appropriately. If you need to see a clinician urgently today please phone the practice. Thank you for your continued support and patience. We will keep you updated.
