Yoga can be tailored for the individual whether they are new to Yoga or if they have practised for a while. With the focus on listening to the body and using the awareness Yoga brings to the practice to take small steps when practising the postures then the flexibility increases followed by body strength. Yoga is calming to the nervous system and all of the postures massage internal organs helping then to perform at their optimum level. Through the sessions we offer the postures are performed and held for a certain length of time to insure the benefits are felt. You are as young as your spine!
