Zero Tolerance Reminder – Please Be Kind to Our Staff
We would like to remind all patients that our practice operates a strict Zero Tolerance Policy. Recently, we have experienced several incidents of unacceptable behaviour towards our staff. Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Behind the desk, day in and day out, our teams face challenging situations, including inappropriate language and rude behaviour. This has a real impact on their wellbeing and their ability to provide the care you deserve.
We understand that healthcare can be stressful, and it’s natural to feel worried or frustrated at times. However, please remember that our staff are people too — doing their best within a stretched NHS and working hard to support you.
We ask that you treat all staff with the same respect and courtesy you expect in return. By remaining patient and considerate, you help us maintain a calm and safe environment for everyone.
Please note that any abusive behaviour may result in removal from the practice list in line with NHS policy.
