Next Step is the Mezz floor it's self!!

The Gym will be closed to everyone from 10 am on Sunday 7th of December And should be open by late Monday Evening!!

Lots happening over the next Month!

Monday the 17th of November

A new stairway is being added ready for the Mezzanine Floor!

The Gym will be closed to everyone from 9am till about 2pm on Monday 17th November!

The mezzanine floor is due to be fitted in December, this will only take a day, all Information will be added once things are confirmed

Some gym rules to keep it a happy usable place!!

-Wipe down machines after use

-Please don't hog machines sat on your phones

-Please train in groups of no more than 3
people

-All under 18s must be out by the end of staffed hours

-Return plates to the holders and re-rack your dumbbells after use

-Put all empty drink cans and bottles in the bin when finished

-Out of hours! Your key card is for your self only, do not let others in with it (unless previously agreed with my self)
