Spring has arrived, and while the brighter days and blooming flowers are lovely, they can also bring itchy, watery, irritated eyes for many people. If you’re struggling with eye allergies this season, here are a few simple things you can try at home to help ease the discomfort:
🌼 Rinse your eyes gently with clean, cool water to help wash away pollen.
🌼 Use a cool compress over closed eyes to reduce itching and swelling.
🌼 Keep windows closed on high pollen days, especially early morning and evening.
🌼 Wash your hands regularly and avoid rubbing your eyes.
🌼 If you’ve been outdoors, changing clothes and washing your face can help remove pollen.
