I’m slowly phasing out Bare Spa & Beauty and bringing everything under a new, aligned name: Calm with Clare.

Same treatments, same location, same care, just with a little more soul.

You’ll start to see Calm with Clare on your FRESHA booking confirmation emails, socials, and communications from now on.

This Monday at 8:30 PM BST, I’m golfing space for a special 30-45 minute group distance healing session from the comfort of your own home, for just £20 each. 🌕✨

We’re welcoming the Aquarius full moon. The past few weeks may have felt chaotic and crazy; so join me to cut the cords of the past and move into the next moon phase with calm and clarity.

Here’s what you need to do:

🌝 Find a quiet & safe spot to lie down & get cosy
🕯️ Light a candle and/or some incense
🔮 Have your favorite crystal nearby
✨ Then simply relax and soak in the beautiful healing vibes

After much reflection, I have decided to close my other business , as it no longer aligns with me, my family life, and my true passions.

My true calling is as a healer—that is what I am here for and what I love. I thought providing products and services would fuel this fire, but sadly, it has not, and I must follow my heart. I poured my heart and soul into Afloat for the past two years, but I’ve grown to resent it rather than love it. Therefore, it’s time for me to retreat back into my studio and do what I do best: HEAL all of you lovely souls. Moving forward, my attention will be solely dedicated to BARE, where I can focus on my lovely clients with Massage, Reiki, and Spirituality.

I want to THANK everyone who supported me along the way, listened to me, and offered advice when things were tough. Special thanks to my loving , who endured me at my worst (blood, sweat & tears), and my parents for helping out with Ellie when the hours were long and tough.

I am deeply grateful for the support and love from all of you throughout this journey. Thank you for being a part of this chapter in my life. Here’s to new beginnings and following my heart!

🌸 Pregnancy Massage 🌸

Prenatal massage is an absolute must for all mamas-to-be. Waiting until after 12 weeks is essential due to increased blood flow and it may actually trigger dizziness and add to your morning sickness but after that it’s all good! I’ll make you comfy, laying on your side with fluffy blankets, a heated table and lots of pillows. The oil will be warm and the room relaxing and cozy. In fact, you might not want to leave 🥰 You don’t have to have sciatica or joint pain to have a massage either, just treating yourself to a heavenly hour of peace and quiet is well deserved! I’m always here if you have any questions or would like to get booked in.
