Rosemount Rosemount a loving home from home for over 40 years. In June 1983 Rosemount was opened as a charity.

After many years of business in Consett, Laurie and Joyce Barnett had a vision to give something back to the local community. After visiting an elderly Aunt who had lost her son at 19 years in the war and later her husband, they decided there was a need for a Christian home in Consett. With the help of many Christian friends Rosemount began to flourish. Today the same pride and attention to care is provided by the staff.

We have 2 bedrooms available at Rosemount.We are a small home with 16 residents we know them all very well and each person receives person centred care. We get to know them and their families very well.
