I think there is some massive confusion going around.

I have self built up my own business from scratch.
I have not bought anyone else business.

Someone from Lanchester has kindly given out my number stating I have purchased her and her husbands business from them as they have given up.
Confused but all mine - definitely have not purchased anyone else clients/business.

Proud I set up alone thank you to all of you who have made this happen.

About Me (My Story)

From a very young age I was always sporty and loved the great outdoors. I enjoyed cricket, football, tennis and cycling.

As soon as I was of age I joined the gym with a friend.

I hated running at school - strangely enough I am now obsessed with running - what great exercise and mind space, not to mention the benefits from this.

As the years have gone on and I’ve become more passionate about diet and exercise I decided to embark on becoming a Personal Trainer, Circuits, Kettlebells and Indoor Cycling Instructor and now as a Sports Massage Therapist.
