We started out working in spa's, in the North East and Turkey, including managing a team of 12 therapists. After years in the spa environment and working mobile, we decided to create a small 'spa-like' space for you to enjoy, at salon prices. A lot of time, expertise and experience has gone into our business. Any further training will be done by professionals, that require full NVQ qualifications to participate, ensuring you get the best experience with the best service.

After stepping away to complete my BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree, I am now a fully HCPC registered Physiotherapist and CSP member, bringing clinical expertise alongside over 20 years of hands-on experience in massage therapy.

This allows me to offer something truly special within the calm, welcoming environment you already know and love — a seamless blend of:

Initial assessment includes a full medical history background, full subjective and objective assessment, the creation of a treatment plan and any hands on treatment you might need to get you started.

Follow up appointments available in 45 or 60 minute sessions.

Sorry for the radio silence!

We are BACK! After some much needed time off over the Christmas period, we are now back, albeit reduced hours!

Now working 2 jobs, hours have been reduced to accommodate both - but we promise you will benefit from us sharing our time!

We will be offering physiotherapy appointments soon alongside our massage, and taking note of any interest for 1-1 rehabilitation pilates!
