We started out working in spa's, in the North East and Turkey, including managing a team of 12 therapists. After years in the spa environment and working mobile, we decided to create a small 'spa-like' space for you to enjoy, at salon prices. A lot of time, expertise and experience has gone into our business. Any further training will be done by professionals, that require full NVQ qualifications to participate, ensuring you get the best experience with the best service.

As we started unpacking and taking our logo off the wall, we also started dressing the bed in it's new home!

One Sixteen is officially CLOSED.

All treatments will now be carried out in our beautiful new space at Drovers Studio!

**IMPORTANT POST ALERT**

We are planning on moving into our new space this weekend (we mean it this time)!

This means One Sixteen is no more! We're sad....very emotional. But! Onwards and upwards....the introduction of physiotherapy (officially) and physio led pilates!

If you haven't already....please head over and follow "Drovers Studio" otherwise you will miss any updates or availability etc.

Appointments can still be made through the normal link....from Monday, all appointments will be in the new space (unless we say otherwise).

I will keep this page running for now, just to make sure we're still contactable!

We've had people message asking for availability as there's none on the (old) system.

This is a nightmare....but once you've used it once, you'll realise it's easier than the master. It is also suitable for medical notes for the new studio!
