We started out working in spa's, in the North East and Turkey, including managing a team of 12 therapists. After years in the spa environment and working mobile, we decided to create a small 'spa-like' space for you to enjoy, at salon prices. A lot of time, expertise and experience has gone into our business. Any further training will be done by professionals, that require full NVQ qualifications to participate, ensuring you get the best experience with the best service.

EDIT: I've changed to multiple choice....it will really help us work out when to make it available, if you don't mind redoing for the ones who have already done!

Our pilates will be physio-led (meaning the class will be led by a physiotherapist). This means correct movement, safe movement and proper movement, with the view to strengthen and correct posture to prevent future injury. This also means small classes - no more than 8.
