⭐️ Guest speaker spotlight ⭐️

A huge thank you to our guest speaker Margaret for spending the morning with our Level 1 and Level 2 Beauty students! ✨

Margaret shared her inspiring full-circle journey, having once been a student herself studying Hair and Beauty Therapy at Derwentside College. It was fantastic for our students to hear first-hand how her training helped shape her career.
She spoke about career progression, shared valuable hints and tips for succeeding in the industry, and told us all about her current Tropic skincare journey. 💇‍♀️💆‍♀️

Our students left feeling motivated and inspired about the possibilities ahead of them.

Thank you again, Margaret, for such a great morning and for inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals! 🌟

Well done to our level 3 beauty student, Sophie 🎉

We’re proud to share that on Monday 9th March, our students took part in the Inter-College Hair and Beauty Competition hosted at Hartlepool College! 💄✨

A huge congratulations to our Level 3 Beauty Therapy learner, Sophie Richards, who achieved 2nd place in the Back Treatment category. 🥈

Competing against students from colleges across the region, Sophie demonstrated outstanding professionalism and exceptional practical skills that helped her stand out from the competition.

Student competitions like this are a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, develop practical skills, strengthen your CV, and raise your profile with future employers.

Well done Sophie – we’re incredibly proud of you! 👏
