The fire in the branch last year was catastrophic, and the team, along with our wider network at head office, worked tirelessly to remain functional while desperately working to start from scratch in the store.
The team worked out of a shipping container outside of where the branch is, and worked around the clock to try their best to remain consistent for all of our patients.
The rebuild was unprecedented, and the support the team received from many different partners was unparalleled.
We think all of these partners, plus the team at Rhos, deserve recognition for the tireless and extraordinary work that was put in to get the branch back functioning.
