‼️Over 75 patients due for their flu appointment at St Mary’s Chruch Hall, Conwy, tomorrow morning ONLY, this clinic is now being held at Bodreinallt Surgery - this is an unforeseen change and for this we apologise.
Please can you let any family members know who may be coming to this clinic TOMORROW.‼️

‼️FLU/COVID CLINICS‼️

We will be sending out self booking texts today and during this week to those patients with mobile phones, and who are eligible, for you to book your own appointments at a time that suits you.

The clinics are being held at the Surgery and also St. Marys Church Hall, Rosehill Street, Conwy - the booking link will alert you to where your clinic is being held.

☎️The team will be telephoning those patients who have no mobile phone registered to book their appointments, they will be calling during the day but also in the evenings, so if you see a withheld number it may well be the Surgery calling.☎️

‼️Please do not contact the surgery to book your appointment, we will be contacting you ‼️

We do appreciate this is later than normal to be contacting you, this is due to circumstances beyond our control with the Health Board.

Bodreinallt Surgery will be closed on Wednesday 24th of September for staff training between 1 and 5pm.
If you need to speak to a doctor during these hours please call 0300 0844 000.

‼️Due to increased and ongoing demand, we are changing the time to process prescriptions from the current 2 working days to 3 working days starting Monday 8th of September 2025.

Please don't forget that if you order your prescription over the weekend, it will not be processed until the next working day.‼️

‼️APPOINTMENTS TOMORROW THURSDAY 28 AUGUST 2025‼️

Unfortunately we will be extremely short staffed in the clinical team tomorrow due to circumstances beyond our control. We hope to be back up to speed on Friday but cannot guarantee this.

Due to these exceptional circumstances we will only be able to see patients with an urgent clinical need tomorrow.

Minor conditions such as hay fever, sore throats, chest infections etc please seek advice from your local pharmacy under the common ailments service.
