The A*5 Conwy is closed Westbound, and the Eastbound carriageway is down to one lane, whilst our colleagues are dealing with an RTC

Bodreinallt will be closed on Friday the 3rd and Monday 6th April for the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend.

Call 111 if you feel you need to see a Doctor, and 111 then option 2 if you need to speak to a Mental Health Professional during this time.

The Surgery Team is currently experiencing very high staff sickness levels and because of this, we will not be able to staff our Branch Site in Llandudno Junction for Nurse/GP appointments only this week.

However, if you have a Midwife appointment booked, this will still be at Junction.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes patients and thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Bodreinallt will be rolling out Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS) on Tuesday 17th February 2026.

This will mean that your prescriptions can be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy, instead of needing a paper prescription.

⏰It is far quicker
📄There will be fewer paper prescriptions
💊Easy collection from your chosen pharmacy

You can nominate your chosen pharmacy by speaking directly to them or popping into Bodreinallt to complete a nomination form, just ask at reception.

You can also order your prescriptions straight from the NHS app to your chosen pharmacy, if you would like help using the App, staff at the practice can help you.
