Bodreinallt will be rolling out Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS) on Tuesday 17th February 2026.

This will mean that your prescriptions can be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy, instead of needing a paper prescription.

📄There will be fewer paper prescriptions
💊Easy collection from your chosen pharmacy

You can nominate your chosen pharmacy by speaking directly to them or popping into Bodreinallt to complete a nomination form, just ask at reception.

You can also order your prescriptions straight from the NHS app to your chosen pharmacy, if you would like help using the App, staff at the practice can help you.

Due to the adverse weather conditions, please give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment and don’t forget to cancel if you can’t make it, we can reschedule it. Please also be aware that we may have a reduced clinical team for the same reasons, but will do our best to provide our services as usual.

Please note that during the festive period there will be reduced clinical days and staffing, which will mean that urgent on the day requests will take priority and all prescriptions, unless urgent, will be processed after the holidays.

Our small Llandudno Junction Branch Surgery will be open for the morning only on the the 16th of December for our baby clinic, we do not have the admin support staff to be open each day.

With Xmas fast approaching and sickness already hitting the whole Practice team, can I ask if you are coming to the Surgery and have symptoms of a respiratory illness, could you please wear a mask to attend. This will ensure the clinical team have some protection so we can continue to operate as fully as possible during the holidays. There will be masks available at reception.
