‼️ We are experiencing high levels of IT problems today and have been told this may well last for the week. The system is running very slowly and queries and requests are taking a lot longer to answer. If you query is urgent we will telephone you rather than message, if your query is non urgent we will get back to you within 2/3 days. ‼️

Unfortunately this is totally out of our control and we thank you for your patience and support.

Rydym wedi derbyn adborth cadarnhaol gan gleifion a staff ers cyflwyno ein system triage newydd – diolch am eich cefnogaeth!

Ar ôl adolygu sut mae pethau’n gweithio, rydym yn gwneud ychydig o addasiadau i helpu i wella mynediad ac effeithlonrwydd ymhellach:

🕢 Bydd triage ar-lein bellach yn agor yn gynharach – am 7:30yb

📩 Bydd yn cau am 2:00yp bob dydd

👩‍⚕️ Ar ôl 2:00yp, bydd ein tîm clinigol yn parhau i asesu unrhyw anghenion brys neu frys iawn ac yn cynnig apwyntiadau ar yr un diwrnod os oes angen

Bydd y newidiadau hyn yn ein galluogi i ymateb yn well i anghenion cleifion yn y bore pan fo’r galw uchaf, ac yn rhyddhau ein tîm gweinyddol i ganolbwyntio ar waith hanfodol arall yn y prynhawn.

⏰ New Triage Opening Hours from Monday 28th July 2025 ⏰

We’ve received positive feedback from both patients and staff since introducing our total triage system – thank you for your support!

After reviewing how things are working, we’re making a few small adjustments to help us improve access and efficiency even further:

🕢 Online triage will now open earlier – at 7:30am

📩 It will close at 2:00pm each day

👩‍⚕️ After 2:00pm, our Clinician of the Day will continue to assess any urgent or emergency needs and offer same-day appointments if deemed necessary

These changes allow us to better meet patient needs in the morning, when demand is highest, while giving our admin team more time in the afternoon for other vital work.

💬 We always welcome feedback – positive or constructive – as it helps us continue improving the care we provide.

🌺 Spring Bank Holiday Weekend 🌺

Bodreinallt will be closed on Monday the 26th of May for the Spring Bank Holiday Weekend.

Call 111 if you feel you need to see a Doctor, and 111 then option 2 if you need to speak to a Mental Health Professional during this time.
