🌟Secondly
An overdue greeting post
I asked AI for grounding quotes to accompany this pic.
Wanting to express myself as a person & as a part time business that has successfully, surprisingly, gratefully survived the lockdown & (solo parenting some of you may relate to) by using the very same teachings delivered throughout wellbeing sessions and talks that I’ve been privileged to run during 30 years working and volunteering in social inclusion via integrated wellbeing. This post sends greetings, smiles, winks and blessings for your healthy focused targets and fun times ahead.
🌟What’s on offer?
Yoga Kid’s Parties/Zen Dos and specialised wellbeing talks and workshops for the pre-post natal group, family yoga and supporting independence for the frail and elderly.
My offerings still
include singing, guided mindful movement and sharing circles for all ages to nurturing peace, open hearts and positive mindsets. All of which naturally provide nervous system regulation and are trauma informed based on my own lived experiences. Happy to help!
🌟The January-March diary is full. You’ll find me continuing to bob up and down like a happy apple. I’ll keep you posted on progress.
🌟Rumi wisdom for you
Rumi's grounding quotes emphasize finding inner truth, connecting to your essence, and trusting the process, often using nature as a metaphor, with key themes including listening to the inner voice, being present, finding light in wounds, and understanding you are the universe, urging us to seek within rather than externally for fulfillment.
Here’s three favourites with life long relatability & poignant notability-
"Maybe you are searching among the branches, for what only appears in the roots."
“Ground yourself, strip yourself down, To blind loving Silence."
“The very center of your heart is where life begins. The most beautiful place on earth."
🌟The healthy tip bit
Workout your tension spots after the holiday sluggishness, over Indulgance (and like me the sleep hangovers) by stretching slowly, mindfully instead of mindlessly rushing and begin to untangle the muscles and facia.
