Exercise, health and well-being is about ๐—ฆ๐—ข much more than calorie counting, body fat% and obsessing over your 1RM.

We can all monitor progress in a variety of ways in and outside of the gym.

Never over look the impact of exercise on your mood, stress management, sleep, clarity of thoughts, and all round mental health.

This weightlifting progression can help you gain strength, encourage muscle growth, and build endurance.

Christina has been training 1-1 for a while now and has increased her weights progressively and while gaining strength and knowledge has become more confident in her training sessions.
