World Mental Health Day
Just a little check-in today.
Some days feel a bit much, and it’s easy to get stuck in our heads.
What helps me is slowing down and noticing small things around me. If I’m out walking, I’ll just stop for a second and check in with my senses, what can I hear, see, feel. It helps me come back to myself, even for a moment.
If today feels heavy, maybe that’s something to try. Just a small pause to notice where you are.
