✨A Full Moon Ritual✨
1. Set the space
Find a quiet spot outside or by a window where you can see the moon. If you like, bring something symbolic of spring
2. Ground yourself
Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take slow breaths.
Inhale deeply → hold → exhale slowly.
Let your body relax and your thoughts settle.
3. Reflect
Ask yourself:
What has been weighing on me lately?
What habits, thoughts, or emotions feel heavy?
What do I want to let go of?
4. Write it down
On a piece of paper, write everything you’re ready to release
5. Release
Safely burn the paper
As you do it, say (out loud or in your head):
“I release what no longer serves me.”
6. Set gentle intentions
write 1–3 things you want to invite in or have more of. Think about having those things and how that will feel. Dream it in.
7. Close with gratitude
Look at the moon and take a moment to feel thankful for something small or big.
