Tonight is the last night of Pilates Classes 2025! 🥳

I want to wish you all a happy and restful break, and to say thank you for the outstanding community we have created here together. I love every minute of every pilates class I teach, and thats because the people who attend are genuinely the most wonderful human beings ❤️

So thank you all, and here's to many more years moving together and having all the laughs!

Classes commence back the first week of January 2026 💕

Hello everyone! A new 5 week block of Pilates Classes commences this Monday 1st September in Gortalowry House Cookstown. Here is an update on availability:

-Monday 10am: 2 SPACES AVAILABLE
-Tuesday 6.30pm: Fully Booked
-Tuesday 7.30pm: Fully Booked
-Thursday 7pm: Fully Booked
-Thursday 8pm: Fully Booked

To all my clients, I can't thank you enough for your dedication to your health and this practice, week in and week out. You're the reason why I adore what I do.

*Why is joint mobility important?*

It is the foundation for living a healthy and independent life! ☺️ Mobility comprises all the skills required for everyday living: physical stamina, strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion.

When joints can move freely and without restriction, the body is better equipped to absorb shock, adapt to sudden movements, and avoid undue stress on muscles and ligaments. This, in turn, reduces the likelihood of strains, sprains, and other injuries.

Just a wee update that all 7 of my classes are fully booked for this 5 week block folks. I will post updates on this page if anything changes, as I know my classes have been booked up for a long time!

Keep your eyes peeled in February/March, as I may add an 8th class to my schedule, potentially another morning class 😊

Why do I 💛LOVE💛 pilates?

-Increased flexibility, thus increasing your capacity to enjoy life with less aches and pains.

-Increased muscular strength, particularly the core muscles (glutes, shoulders, hips too). My clients constantly talk of feeling stronger during their day to day activities thanks to Pilates.

-Emphasis on how to BREATHE. Breathwork is huge in pilates, as Joseph Pilates once said, "Breathing is the first act of life and the last. Our very life depends on it". It has helped me tremendously in reducing stress and anxiety.

-Calming of the "monkey mind".... Lets face it, we can all find life stressful at times. So many of you talk of the complete escapism you feel when in Pilates class. It centres the mind, alleviates stress and channels your focus.

-The craic in class!! 🥲🤣 with such a wide demographic of fantastic, local people, exercising and enjoying life together... Whats not to love

Just an update on Pilates classes as I have had alot of enquiries!

My next block is starting next Monday 27th March running until 11th May. With everyone from the last block signing up to this new block, I'm afraid it has left me with no new spaces on this block.

Fully booked again for another block and again want to say a HUGE thank you to my clients for making this possible. You're a dream to teach🥰🙌

Folks thank you so much for your interest and support. My next block of pilates will start on 20TH FEBRUARY 2023. I may need to run an extra morning class by then!🙈
