Sometimes it takes longer to develop muscles that have been stiff for a long time. The same posture, movement, long standing or sitting. But.. you will feel the change right after the first session. ☆☆☆☆☆

Cupping therapy is truly one of the best therapies I’ve learned 🤍

It’s amazing how much it can help the body move better — releasing tight muscles, improving circulation, and giving you that light, free feeling afterwards.
Sometimes all your body needs is a little extra support to move the way it should. 😊

I’m so happy I added it to my treatments.

What do cupping marks mean? 🤍

One of the most common questions I get is about the colour of cupping marks.
Here’s a simple guide:

✨ Dark circles – show more tension and stagnation in the muscles.
These areas usually hold old tightness and need a bit more work.

✨ Lighter circles – show less stagnation.
The muscles here are more relaxed, and circulation is already better.

Every body is different, so the colours can vary — and remember, cupping marks are not bruises. They fade naturally within a few days as your body releases tension and improves blood flow.

Cupping really tells a story of what your body needs! 💆‍♀️🫶
