❗️A Reminder to Our Local Community❗️
In the event of a medical emergency, always dial 999.

When you call 999, the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service will assess the situation and, if appropriate, Kildress First Responders will be notified. One of our trained volunteers will then be dispatched and will arrive as quickly as possible to provide immediate support while the ambulance is on its way.

Every second counts, and your call ensures help is on the way.

🟢 We’re officially LIVE!
From 9am this morning, Kildress First Responders are now active and live with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service to provide vital emergency support to our local community.

This has been over two years in the making since this page was first started, and it’s taken an incredible amount of dedication, time, and teamwork to get this charity up and running. In February, 13 amazing community volunteers completed two full days of intensive training with NIAS to become certified responders, ready to step in during those critical first moments before an ambulance arrives.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to every volunteer who has come forward to help, your commitment to the people of Kildress is what makes this possible. You are all making a real difference.
