Most people don't know how to deeply connect to themselves 😌
The world we live in today, sadly teaches us to disconnect from our inner being, and be distracted constantly... 🏃🏻‍♀️💨

Most people are so disconnected from themselves, so they're looking so desperately outside of themselves, for what they are lacking within themselves 🙏

But they never find it.
Because what they're looking for out there, can only be found within themselves 💯

I guide people to experience themselves in a way they have never experienced themselves 🧘‍♀️
I guide people to step into their inner self, and uncover a whole new world within themselves 😇
And when they learn to live there, they then create a whole new world around them 🥰

My journey has taught me that we have to become our own source of everything we're looking for, and when we do - our life mirrors it all back to us 🪞

Don't die with your dreams inside of you ✨️

So many people I work with are stressed, unfulfilled and unhappy in their profession 😑

We're supposed to be lit up by what we do every day! ✨️✨️✨️

What if your passions are actually your purpose?

What if your lack of fulfillment is actually nudging you onto a different path? 🛤

That path may be daunting and uncertain- the path may not even exist right now, 🙈 but what I've learned is that when we support ourselves & take the first step - the Universe supports us in return!!!

I had no savings - no business plan - I handed in my notice to my family's business where I'd worked for 18 years & I hadn't even done the Heal Your Life teacher training! 🙈😅

Here I am, over 8 years later, living & loving my dream life!!! 💃

If I can do it - you can do it!! 🤩🙌

The gifts you've been given can be a source of such joy, but only when you share those gifts with others 🎁

As this beautiful song says:

This photo was taken 👉 before I spilled diesel all around my new dress (first time wearing it 🙈) my favourite boots - and the car, 🚘 with a faulty fuel pump ⛽️ but 👉 after I took a weak spell & nearly fainted in the middle of a forest lol 🫣🙄😆😆

Some days, even Sundays, aren't sunshine & rainbows 🤪🤩 but it's nothing that a night cosying on the sofa with my new hubby, a cup of cacao & a big bag of Maltesers won't fix! 😋 🍫🤗🛋😂

So, is there an inspirational punchline to this share? Nope! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

They say that a picture 📸 paints 🎨 a thousand words - but it wouldn't have told you all of that lol 🤣🤣🤣
