All our Pilates classes will soon be resuming. We have missed you all and look forward to getting back.

Still a window for current clients who have forgotten to book their mat to DM me….

New clients. The booking link is in the bio and will be active from 12:30pm tomorrow for you to book your mat.

The first raffle prize we will have up for grabs on Saturday 31st of May is a voucher which has been kindly donated by Back in Control Pilates & Physiotherapy

The lucky winner can put this towards a private appointment or use it to get 2 FREE PILATES CLASSES!
