We’ll then have a 1-week break, and from Tuesday 2nd September we kick off a brand new 6-week block of Mana Moves Postnatal!

Let's make time for you over the summer months ☀️

💜In a small group setting, these sessions focus on safely rebuilding strength, improving core stability, and enhancing overall wellness after childbirth.

💫I know how it feels trying to get to gym without a baby, its impossible, so mums don't be afraid to bring your baby and infants along.

💪Our small group setting has a Personalised attention with each member regarding there individual recovery stages. Each workout has a progressive level to each exercise and then gradually increase in intensity based on your postpartum recovery stage.

💬Our small group setting encourages social interaction and emotional support among new moms. You never know what we start talking about😜

Expect to test both your aerobic engine and functional strength, laying the foundation for structured, targeted sessions that will build power, endurance, and efficiency — all crucial for race day.
