Let's make time for you over the summer months ☀️

💜In a small group setting, these sessions focus on safely rebuilding strength, improving core stability, and enhancing overall wellness after childbirth.

💫I know how it feels trying to get to gym without a baby, its impossible, so mums don't be afraid to bring your baby and infants along.

💪Our small group setting has a Personalised attention with each member regarding there individual recovery stages. Each workout has a progressive level to each exercise and then gradually increase in intensity based on your postpartum recovery stage.

💬Our small group setting encourages social interaction and emotional support among new moms. You never know what we start talking about😜

🏋‍♀️You can choose to attend one or two sessions per week.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒These sessions are designed to help new mums like you get back into looking after your health and fitness while socialising with other new mums.

💪 We combine our sessions with low impact movements with light resistance and core training tailored to new mums.

👶What is even better, you can bring your little one with you, so there is no need to worry about a babysitter.
