Off-season hyrox training 🏁
This is where races are won..just not on race day.
The off-season isn't about smashing out hyrox sims every week. It's about building the engine and fixing weaknesses.
💫Our next 12 week training focus will be:
✅️Aerobic Base-time to build a bigger engine so race pace feels easier. Think more longer efforts, zone 2 work.
✅️Movement efficiency under fatigue- smoother transitions, breathing control, sustainable pacing instead of relining. Not all out efforts, we will be keeping it controlled and repeatable.
✅️Off-season development-best time to fix weaker movements. Struggle with wall balls, running grip? Now is the time to address it-before it gets exposed in a race.

🔥Monday -Aerobic engine &station focus
🔥Wednesday -compromised conditioning
🔥Friday -aerobic Capacity/threshold
