Sometimes we carry an invisible belief that we don’t deserve good things a nice home, abundance, love, or ease.

But that belief is not your truth. It is often something we learned through past experiences, conditioning, or moments where our light was dimmed.

In Reiki we understand that energy flows where belief lives. If deep down you feel undeserving, you may unknowingly block the very blessings trying to reach you.

Your soul was never meant to live in scarcity of love, peace, or comfort.

You are allowed to have a home that feels safe.
You are allowed to receive kindness.
You are allowed to experience abundance without guilt.

Healing begins when we gently release the stories that told us we were “not enough”.

Through Reiki, intention, and self-compassion, we begin to soften those old patterns and invite balance back into the heart.

You don’t have to earn your worth.
Your worth already exists.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how two things can be true at the same time.
The old version of me is still valid but I’m not her anymore. And I don’t want to say I disliked that version of myself, because she’s the one who learned, tried, failed, evolved, and ultimately brought me to where I am today. Even if her thoughts, views, and beliefs don’t align with who I am now, she still mattered.

Lately I’ve been having such vivid dreams and visions, almost like signs that I’m moving in the right direction. Yet, there’s still this anxious feeling lingering… almost like a shadow of who I used to be. Not because I miss her, but because outgrowing yourself is its own kind of grieving.

But I’m learning that evolution doesn’t require erasing the past just honoring it while stepping fully into who I’m becoming. And that’s exactly what I’m doing.
