Exciting news, a new Dementia Friendly Community professional breakfast meeting in the west of the county. North Northamptonshire Dementia Friendly Community has proved so successful that we are expanding. If you would like to find out what the Dentia Friendly Community are up to or you are a professional who would like to come along, come and join us at Overstone House care home at 8.15 am on the 5th December. You will be assured of a good hot drink, pastry and a warm welcome !

A great meeting this morning at North Northants Dementia Friendly Community at Glenvale Park Care Home. Lots of different professions, public services and blue light services coming together to collaborate to make North Northants more dementia friendly. Our next breakfast meetings are in December if you want to get involved.
