🌿 Self Care Ritual Tip 🌿
Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have… and most of us aren’t using it properly.
✨ Try this simple reset:
🫁 Breathe in slowly through your nose
→ Let your lower belly expand (not your chest or shoulders)
→ Gently stretch or lengthen your body as you inhale
😮💨 Breathe out slowly
→ Soften your jaw, shoulders, stomach
→ Let your whole body melt and release
💭 In tense moments:
→ Breathe in… hold for a few seconds…
→ Then sigh it out or even groan softly
