1️⃣ Osteopaths treat the whole body, not just the spine. They are trained to assess every joint and muscle in the body for local problems and for issues that have knock on effects to the rest of the body.

2️⃣ Osteopaths are recommended by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) and you don't need to be referred by the NHS to see one.

3️⃣ Osteopaths use a whole range of techniques to help improve the function of the body. Sometimes joints will be clicked, sometimes not - every session is tailored to the individual patient. If you don't like clicking then it won't be done!

We have a team of three osteopaths available to help you live a life without pain.

Did you know that acupuncture is good for mental and emotional wellbeing as well as physical issues.

Research shows that acupuncture can significantly reduce feelings of anxiety and/or depression. It stimulates the body’s parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) to initiate relaxation, and calms the 'fight or flight’ response - thus treatments slow heart and breathing rates, lower blood pressure and divert energy back to digestion which can help with IBS symptom flare ups, for example.

I have helped many people with low mood, physical pain, feelings of anxiety, stress and fear, IBS flare ups, problems sleeping, stress headaches and so much more.

393k is a crazy amount of people waiting, and that's not taking into account people who aren't being referred or who live with pain and haven't been to the doctors!

Today we wish a fond farewell to Anita who is emigrating to sunny Barbados! 🇧🇧

It's been great having Anita as part of our team and she will be missed by colleagues and clients alike. However, of course, we can't begrudge her this amazing opportunity of life in the Caribbean! ☀️

Anita has been encouraging her clients to make contact with Zoe who is available to provide a similar massage experience at . We know this feels a little like cheating but Anita gives everyone her full blessing to switch over to Zoe for your massage treatments!
