A fantastic day yesterday spent with Martin Webber, an Itssar Training Standards Advisor, who was monitoring our instructors’ course. It’s always great to have experienced professionals observing and supporting the standards we aim to maintain in training.

I’d also like to say how proud I am of Scott, our tutor, for delivering such a professional and informative re-registration course. His depth of knowledge, clear delivery, and ability to engage really stood out. It’s exactly the kind of standard that reflects the quality we strive for in the industry.

And to top the day off… I’m pleased to say I passed with flying colours 😁

A big thank you, days like these are a great reminder of the importance of continuous learning and maintaining the highest training standards.

This course is ideal for anyone who may need to provide emergency first aid in the workplace. It gives delegates the knowledge and confidence to deal with a range of emergency situations until professional help arrives.

📚 Course content
• Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations
• Managing an incident
• First aid priorities
• Treatment of an unconscious casualty
• CPR & resuscitation
• Shock
• Choking
• Seizures
• Bleeding
• Common workplace injuries
• Use of an AED (Defibrillator)
