It's been a while since I posted as I have needed to focus my energy on other areas of life and my treatments.

This means classes have stopped as trying to find venues and gain enough mums was proving a challenge.

So I am very happy to be booked for private groups of 6 Mums and babies and can come to you in one of your homes.

I still offer one to one sessions too - bookable at www.spiritbodyandmind.co.uk using the online booking link. If you want to come with a partner and need a Saturday slot, please enquire as these are possible, by appointment.

Digestion week!

Supporting colic, reflux and constipation but anything else that comes up unique to each baby.

This little one loves her feet being touched so Reflexology is perfect for helping with digestion - just on the feet instead of the body!

Reflexology helps balance our body systems such as digestion - helping things flow more easily which means it can really support babies' immature digestion which can be sluggish as they work harder to push food through their intestines and colon.

Classes have begun at 360 Play Rushden!

Lots of laughter, sharing of stories, nappy filling and going with the flow - with amazing Mums being where their babies are and even getting flexible with holding reflexes (points on the feet that help parts of the body) when they need a cuddle!

Sharing the Comfort and Sleep techniques often mean babies are more settled after the session - with some being the most settled ever seen...with today being no exception.

Joyful to work with Mums and babies and whatever that brings (there are no rules) . Everything is washable, including cushions if there is a leaky nappy moment!

So, is your baby stressed, crying or restless and you just can’t seem to find out what is wrong?

Are you dreading the thought of or already experiencing teething pain, sleepless nights, reflux, colic or digestive issues?

Tiny Toes Corby Classes will literally change your life! FOREVER!

You may walk into your first session unsure whether this will help as you have tried things already BUT you will leave your first session knowing exactly how to calm your baby, encourage sleep and ease pain or crying.

Your baby will leave relaxed and will sleep when you get home, if not sooner and often, for longer too.

Using ‘easy to learn’ reflexology (feet) and massage techniques (body) you will help your baby by:

Relaxing them so they fall asleep more easily and will often sleep for longer

Calming and soothing them when crying, restless or stressed

Easing the dreaded teething pain and associated symptoms such as ear ache

Easing colic, reflux and any discomfort or pain caused by being repeatedly sick

Providing relief from coughs and colds, including blocked or runny noses

Releasing trapped wind and easing constipation

You will become a detective by learning some simple tricks to help find out what may be upsetting your baby.

With detailed explanations and clear instructions sent to you after each session, you will not only know the 'how' but also the 'why' for using each technique.

Proven time and time again, I know your baby will respond to your touch quickly and effectively. You will see your baby become calmer right before your eyes and wonder why you didn't join a class sooner.

Plus, with advanced Reflexology techniques available at my fingertips too - I can support anything that will specifically help your baby, such as a particular condition they may have.

That is the also the perfection of one to one sessions if classes are not for you - tailored to meet your needs, seamlessly.

With comfy blanket, rug and towel to keep your baby snug and happy, you will only need to bring an extra feed as babies get thirsty after a treatment.

My Story. I felt anxious, powerless and isolated as a new mum, with no friends that would ‘get me’ and what I was feeling. Plucking up the courage to ask others mums to join me in a baby massage class was the best thing I did as I then felt supported, connected and empowered, by having new friends and learning ways to help Jasmine, such as with digestion. I feel strongly about helping others to help themselves, so giving parents even more tools than I had, by being a qualified reflexologist, parents can detect more of what may be going on for their babies and also know what they can do about it. Babies cannot help themselves and so, by being able to support parents in helping their babies, this is a way to improve their quality of life which, as a former primary teacher, was one of my passions - helping children to know how they can help themselves and have the life they choose.
