Happy pancake day! 🥞
Traditionally during Lent Christian’s would give up rich tasty food such as butter, eggs sugar and fat. Shrove Tuesdays was the last day to eat them.
What better to do so than make pancakes!
No matter how old we all become we never outgrow some pancake fun🥞

Just a simple act of kindness could make the difference in someone’s day. Below are a few ideas of Act’s of kindness that can be shown to brighten someone’s day.

💡 Open a door for someone
💡Text a relative or a friend a positive note
💡Check in on an elderly neighbour
💡Do something anonymous I.e. buy someone in the line a coffee/tea
💡Smile at someone and say hello on a walk
💡Helping someone across the road
💡Donate to a food bank
💡Pledge some time to help a charity

Wear Red Day is observed on the first Friday in February each year, is a day dedicated to raising awareness about heart disease, particularly among women. This annual event encourages people to wear red clothing and accessories to show their support for heart health and to promote heart disease prevention🫀
