Toys are everywhere, I get smacked in the face, have to pull silly faces and pull up falling down trousers. My practice looks a bit different these days. To be honest I'm lucky if I get to wiggle at all. We're full steam ahead preparing for our first retreat at lots to do and of course mumming this special little nugget. But I absolutely wouldn't change it for the world.

A few snaps from our retreat at the weekend in Polzeath staying at the very lovely

it was such a pleasure to host this lovely group and curate the perfect weekend for them filled with yoga, food, rest, coastal walks, treatments, sauna and we even arranged for the sun to poke it's head through.

As per usual I barely took any photos, far too busy yapping away to guests, as it should be I suppose.

Such a lovely time hosting this retreat last weekend at with

It was such a gorgeous group to host and working alongside my best dear friend in Cornwall by the sea is an absolute dream. I love my job, I'm a very lucky lady and it felt amazing to be back doing what I love.

This was my first time away from my Baba and it was so needed, 3 nights of 8 hours sleep and relinquishing responsibility and control felt unbelievably joyful ❤️ Thanks for holding down the fort!

Can't wait for January to do it all again!

Yoga at 💛 - FRIDAYS 9AM.

Currently the only public class I'm teaching, which feels very strange after years of jam packed teaching schedules, but what a lovely class it is, the students and location are dreamy. Listening to the sound of nature whilst practicing yoga is incredibly calming and is the highlight of my week.

A beautiful retreat in Sweden 🇸🇪

Thanks for having me, thanks for assisting, thanks for looking after us and thanks for looking after our babe.

It felt good to be back teaching on retreat after having little Lennox. Our first time in Sweden which is spectacularly beautiful & first time travelling with a 3 month old which was definitely intense but we did it!

My next retreat is in Spain at with Oct 1st to 6th followed by Cornwall at with Nov 14th to 18th.

We had our little tiny squish 🥹 Lennox Robin Slee, born safely and very quickly into this world on the 13th February weighing 5 pounds 7. We're all doing very well, he loves sleeping & feeding & pooing, we already have so much in common little one! & I are beyond grateful for this beautiful little baby boy and so in love 💛

I’ll be heading back here to the north coast of Cornwall November 14th to 17th for my next retreat at with

3 nights by the sea with gorgeous views, stunning location for beach walks, swims, surf & sauna’s. There’s a spa next door if you fancy some pampering, has luxury accommodation, a beautiful yoga studio, gym & tennis courts. will do a fantastic job of feeding you and I’ll guide you through 90 minutes of Vinyasa in the morning & 90 minutes Yin in the evening.
