Mike Pennington graduated from Keele University in 2006, and began his Physiotherapy career in Plymouth, rehabilitating patients following a variety of orthopaedic surgeries (joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, etc.). He relocated to Cornwall in 2008, and furthered his experience by working in a number of different hospitals throughout Cornwall. He gained experience in neurology, respiratory, and orthopaedics, before deciding to specialise in musculoskeletal outpatients in 2011. He worked as a Team Lead Physiotherapist in the NHS, managing a group of fellow Physiotherapists at 2 local hospitals. He is now employed as a Physiotherapist & Ergonomic Advisor within the NHS. Mike is a qualified acupuncturist, and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). Mike offers advanced level assessment, treatment and management for a wide range of conditions including chronic back pain, sports injuries, osteoarthritis, whiplash, headaches and many more.
