This friendly and effective service is offered by a team of three expert Physiotherapists in two clinics in Corsham. We are all highly experienced Physiotherapists amassing over 40 years of experience between us in a broad range of specialities across the age ranges. We have a keen interest in sports injuries and considerable expertise in treating; spinal complaints, joint and muscle pain, pregnan

cy and post childbirth conditions, arthritic issues and chronic persistent pain. We all absolutely love working with people. We have excellent links with local GP’s, Osteopaths, Podiatrists, Personal Trainers, Sports masseurs, Pilates and Yoga instructors in the Corsham, Chippenham and Melksham area.

Give it a try, I have joined her menopausal women focused class. I have seen a massive difference in my strength. Go for it!

Lower Back Pain- it is normal and very common but often can be hard to manage.
Here are some of my favourite exercises for lower back pain: Bird Dog, Plank and Walking. Simple yet really affective for movement and strength. Give them a go and if you’re struggling with managing your back pain book in for an assessment and let us find the right management for you.

We often get asked can we offer ...the answer is....it depends. If you need a short term boost of rehab such as after an operation then yes we do. Do we usually travel by bike? No we don't but we do stay local to Corsham! Do we usually look like an alien with crutches extending out of our back? This is a first! It was fun though for me and my lovely patient. If you need a boost of physio in your home please call to talk through your needs and aims. 01249 588008
