Tomorrow, Friday 10th October marks world mental health day 2025. A day to raise awareness, show support and promote the importance of good mental health.
This year I’m launching the first Iron Will fitness challenge to highlight the importance and benefits of physical activity on mental wellbeing!
I challenge anyone who fancies giving it a go, to take part in 60 seconds of strongman.
Choose your favourite strongman event - could be deadlift, log press, sandbag, whatever you like - and rep it out for 60 seconds. You choose the weight, make it as light or as heavy as you want, just please be safe.
Video yourself completing the challenge, post it to instagram tomorrow (friday) and tag/collab me so we can spread the message.
As a bonus, caption it with a fitness tip that has helped you!
