Jayde and Daniella’s careers at Pharmaxo have taken different paths, but both show how people can grow when they’re given the opportunity to learn and develop.

Jayde joined the team five years ago and is now Pharmacy Manager. Daniella recently completed her Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician qualification while raising three young children.

Their journeys are a great reminder that careers in healthcare can evolve in many ways, often shaped by supportive colleagues and a shared sense of purpose.

Our Chief Financial Officer Andrew Robinson reflects:

“As men we must be more attuned to noticing when each other are struggling and be brave enough to ask ‘are you ok?’ and open up the opportunity for conversation.”
