Pregnant people and birth partners we bring our Yoga, Massage and Aromatherapy workshop for later pregnancy and birth.
Harriet Symon- Birth and Beyond and I are delighted to hold this space locally in the lovely Precision Pilates Studio
Saturday 18 April 2-4pm

A special afternoon where you can immerse yourself in a hands on workshop of:

🌸Gentle movements and positions for later pregnancy and birth.
🌸Acupressure, massage and reflexology techniques for labour support and hormonal balance. To connect and relax together.
🌸Learn about and experience the benefits of aromatherapy oils.

A relaxing, restorative and easily accessible session so that it can also be easily recreated at home to support your birth journey and experience of early parenthood.

Come and join us for a practical, informative and nurturing afternoon, to expand your toolkit as you prepare for the birth of your baby and your journey into parenthood.
Let pregnancy yoga teacher and Doula, Harriet Symon, and pregnancy massage, reflexologist and aromatherapist Lizzie Longhurst guide you as you immerse yourselves in a hands on workshop of gentle movements and positions for later pregnancy and birth. Spend time exploring various acupressure, massage and reflexology techniques for labour support and hormonal balance, whilst learning about and experiencing the benefits of aromatherapy oils. On the day there will be a chance to buy a personalised blend of your favourite oils to support your pregnancy and labour.

A relaxing and restorative experience, tangible so that it can be easily recreated at home to support your birth journey.

Suitable for any stage of your pregnancy and fully inclusive for anyone, wherever and however you are planning to birth your baby.
Solo parents and those of you planning to come along without a birth partner are more than welcome, and will be offered a discounted rate.

After running The Plain Crazy race last week it feels right to spotlight sports and remedial massage as treatment of the week Top to Toe Treatments, Corsham and Bath. Sports and remedial massage can be focused on an area or areas that are injured or causing discomfort or pain. It can be for maintenance, pre or post event and although it is targeted to help release restrictions, helping you to move more easily and reduce discomfort. It can also boost your wellbeing and motivation. This could be helpful at this time of year.
