Today it's the turn of Lizzie, from Top to Toe Treatments, who will be coming to do Taster Sessions at WellFest.

Lizzie bubbles with enthusiasm and a zest for life, and her past experiences with performing arts and theatre has led her towards a career in body work and movement. Since 2008 she has been focused on massage - holistic and aromatherapy - and reflexology but has also introduced Thai Yoga Massage and sports massage into the therapies that she offers. Lizzie will be doing taster sessions in Thai Yoga Massage & Sports Massage at WellFest, but she will be delighted to talk to you about all her work.

My aim is to find the treatment you are looking for. The Top to Toe Treatment approach. From pure relaxation and holistic to deep tissue and sports/remedial massage.
This week I have been doing lots of Thai yoga massage and pregnancy Thai yoga massage. This can be a dynamic and strong massage, or more gentle and soothing massage with acupressure, gentle stretching and applied yoga.

To all those runners out there, Spearmint essential oil could be your friend. Pop 1 or 2 drops on a tissue and place under your sleeve or a vest strap. Inhale the energising, cooling, uplifting, decongestant and mucous clearing properties as you run!
I am training for a half marathon with my nephew in a long time and it helped me get up some big hills this morning! Plus I diffused some pleasing aromas to passers by 😀🏃‍♀️

As a busy mum I know how tricky it is to find time to have a treatment. With a mama, baby and friends session, team up with a mama friend and enjoy a 30 or 45 minute treatment of your choice whilst your friend watches your baby in my relaxing conservatory. Then swap over so your friend can have a treatment too. Your baby can always be in the treatment room with you if you prefer. Contact me for more details.
