This is an advanced exercise, from the original repertoire, which develops muscular strength of the abdominals, obliques, erector spine, gluteals and hamstrings. Phew...a whole body workout in one exercise. 😉
An amazing stretch for the back as you use sequential movement of the spine to lift and lower to the mat...ensure the weight is absorbed through the shoulders and not the neck.
💡 Modifications:
Reduce the height of your lift.
Keep the knees bent.
