Here's one example of some of the micro‑tools I teach in Ray of Hope workshops - practical first‑aid you can use anytime. 1) Box breathing (4‑4‑4‑4): Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Rationale: slows breathing and lowers heart rate. Benefit: soothes immediate physical arousal.
