It's just a habit!
That’s simple terms.
It is an intense, deep, destroying “habit” that controls your life.
But you CAN break out of it!
Breaking the habit of emotional eating is a journey that requires patience and persistence, I’m not going to lie to you.
However, with the right strategies and support you can learn to undo this coping mechanism you have developed (by no fault of your own!) and regain control over your eating habits and life!
Trust in yourself, for you can beat this!
