There are more than 6,000 known rare conditions, and there are thought to be many more that are yet to be discovered. Doctors rarely see children with these conditions, making it harder to recognise them.

This February half-term, play youth community are bringing children and young people across Portsmouth an action-packed week of free activity days! These sessions will take place at some of the city’s most exciting venues, in collaboration with amazing local partners.
