Proud to invest in learning that truly makes a difference 💜 Yesterday, our Supervisor and Trainer Anita, alongside our Supervisor George, attended the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism – Tier 2. This nationally recognised training is essential in helping us better understand, support, and care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism in a safe, respectful, and person-centred way. Delivered in person, the session gave us the valuable opportunity to hear directly from individuals with lived experience — sharing their day-to-day realities, challenges, and perspectives. Listening to their voices is what truly brings this training to life.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs Louise Judge for delivering such a meaningful and engaging session.
