Upcoming collaborations in Hedon for October, November, and December are looking great.

I am teaming up with Natasha of .and.willow to bring you evenings of relaxation and reconnection.

How does this sound: a combination of a beautiful Soundbath, using crystal bowls, chimes, and the gong to soothe your soul, combined with the gentle energy work of Reiki to help balance us and regain focus

Sounds great, doesn't it?

Today's the day! Come down to Rainbow Garden to meet Chiedu Oraka and the garden team.

We're all set for a day full of fun games and activities with some food and drink thrown in too.

Please bring your change to take part in the activities and help to raise funds for the garden.

11am-2pm - see you there! We're down Levisham Close, just off Endike Lane, Hall Road roundabout end.

Pop along and see the fantastic Rainbow Community Garden Hull. Games and activities to join in with , plus homemade lemonade 🍋 and cakes 🍰 to buy.

We're now only a few days away from our FUN DAY on Monday 21st July.

We'll be serving cakes and brews, ice lollies, home-made Lemonade and other cold drinks.
Come along between 11am and 2pm and help us raise funds for the garden.

See you there for games and activities too - bring your neighbours, family and friends!

A retreat is a period of time taken to step away from one's usual routine, often for reflection, relaxation, or spiritual growth, and that is the case for this lovely space. A safe and supportive place for you to reconnect with yourself.
Whether it be through a 1:1 Reiki session, a tea ceremony, or group meditation.

I am inviting you to a tea ceremony and guided meditation with a reiki share in this new space.

Not long now till we share some time in the woods. 🌳

Sacred Circle Tea of plant medicine, reiki share, and the beautiful sound of the singing bowls with an outdoor soundbath. 🎶

Hey all, and a very happy FriYAY to you all.

After doing a few loads of washing and a food shop, I have had a lovely chilled day reading in the garden. A bit of ME time whilst the weather is in our favour 😀

I'm out this evening attending a tea ceremony with the lovely Kitty, the creater behind Cuppa Kindness

Continuing the self-care theme, I am heading over to Bolton Abbey tomorrow for a day retreat of 'stress free living' meditation. This I am really looking forward to as I'm definitely in my "Let Me" era IYKYK 😉

So next week a few I have a couple of 1:1 Reiki's booked in ✨️ and an evening session in preparation for the Summer Solstice at the weekend.
