What a beautiful session last at Brantingham Village Hall.
Tasha and I loved holding space and time for a group of lovely ladies, for them to set intentions for self-care and self love ❤️

The tea ceremony used a beautiful blend of plant medicine from our lands and ancestry, produced for you by a local Hull tea business. This tea helps to open the heart space and lean in to what we truly need to make us smile and fill our heart with joy.

The Reiki infused Soundbath allowed the vibrations and frequency to amplify our intentions, relax us and allow an evening of restful sleep 😴.

Happy Sunday afternoon to you all.

How is 2026 going for you so far?

Last night saw the beautiful first full moon of the year and my crystals went outdoors to be charged in the moon energy ✨️

On Thursday Tasha and I are holding our first tea ceremony and reiki infused Soundbath of this year and there are a few spaces still available if you would like to join us.

Join in with a beautiful grounding and intention setting circle, using the Sacred Circle Tea. This tea is a gorgeous blend of natural plant medicine from the land around us and from our ancestors. A heart opening, gentle reminder of the strength, support and love that Mother Earth creates.

Following the tea, you will have the opportunity to participate in a reiki share, a gentle and supportive group experience where you can both give and receive the comforting flow of universal energy.

Reiki is universal energy and can aid in many ways from:
Stress relief
Promotes better sleep
Pain relief
Reduce anxiety
Boosts the mood

This will be followed by a sound bath - sound therapy used to relax, reduce anxiety, and can result in a deep sense of calm.

●Please bring:
A bottle of water and cushions for your own comfort. (Some blankets and small cushions are available for you to use)

Just a BIG thank you to all who have supported, worked with or even just followed my small business this last year.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas or peaceful break from work, however you choose to spend the next few weeks.

I am taking a short break from appointments and sessions. Firstly to get over another cold bug and then time to switch off with the family.

Looking forward to what 2026 brings (no more bugs!) And working with you all soon.

Join Tasha and myself for an evening to unwind after the Christmas and New Year hustle and bustle.

A time to open your heart ready to set or continue gentle self-care intentions for yourself.

The beautiful tea of plant medicine helps to relax and open your heart allowing you to feel, hear, see what you are needing to nourish your hear, body and mind.

Followed by the therapy of sound to reconnect you to your body and breath as you laid relaxed and supported comfortable with blankets and cushions.

All of this whilst in the beautiful village hall of Brantingham.

2026 is not too far away, so thought just before the craziness of festivities to come I would share my upcoming sessions in both Hedon and Cottingham.

For evenings or afternoons to relax and switch off from all the busyness of everyday life, I will hold time and space for you in small groups to reconnect with whatever you are needing, through a guided meditation and a beautiful Reiki share.

There has been a small increase in price for the new year sessions which have been kept as low as possible.

A beautiful evening for relaxation with the healing energy of both reiki and Sound therapy followed by a lovely cuppa and chat. We hold a safe, supportive space for you to receive what you need at this time. Be that to help support your journey, aid sleep, relieve pain and discomfort even for a short time. Allowing the anxiety to take a back seat for you to reconnect with the mind, body and breath.

I know it's only the 2nd Dec... but January is just around the corner. A beautiful time for setting intentions for the year ahead, not goals not resolutions, I save those for the time of new life and renewal... Springtime.

Setting intentions for your self-care and well-being. For some this can mean heading to the gym for that workout, healthy eating etc but for me it is going within and really feeling what YOU are needing, wanting, missing. That connection with who you are.

What is it that makes you truly smile and lights up your heart space?
