We have some wonderful news to share 🌿🎉

After years of dedication, curiosity, and deep commitment to understanding the human body, Leo has officially completed his Master’s Degree in Clinical Anatomy. 🎓💛

It’s been a great — sometimes painful, scary, and stressful — journey… with nights of sleepless thinking, countless hours researching, and many moments preparing for presentations and essays.

But he did it.

This milestone reflects the same care and attention he brings to every treatment, class, and client at Soma in Motion.

We’re so proud of this achievement and excited to continue sharing our passion for movement, anatomy, and healing with our community.

Here’s to learning, growing, and the courage to keep evolving. 🌸

When she first arrived in the UK, everything felt unsettled — a new country, a new rhythm, a new life. 🌿
She wanted to do something for her mental and physical wellbeing, and Pilates 1:1 became that space of care and grounding.

At first, she joined with her mum. When her mum decided not to come, she kept going — through the weather, through the travel, through the days she didn’t feel like it.

Because she had already begun to notice what her body was asking for: movement, awareness, and consistency.

With time, her strength returned. Her joints began to feel freer. Her posture and confidence grew.
This isn’t a story about weight loss — it’s about self-connection, healing, and finding joy again through movement. 💛

💪🏼So proud of her journey and the care she’s given herself.
