🔥 Five minutes of fame! 🔥

Yesterday, the official email landed in inboxes across the country, featuring my contribution alongside articles on how to train like a Kenyan runner and a blog post on Kelly Brook’s progress! 🏃‍♂️💥

I was interviewed for the London Marathon website to share expert advice on when runners should see an osteopath - whether it’s for injury prevention, recovery, or improving performance.
