Advanced Myofascial Release (MFR) is available with Ellie, our sports and soft tissue therapist. Whilst we use MFR to release deep tension and restriction at the start of a treatment, it is now also offered as a stand alone treatment using these advanced techniques.

MFR works with the body's fascia (its outer layer) to release deep tension by using sustained pressure without oil. All MFR techniques help improve chronic pain, improve mobility, and support long term structural change and postural issues. MFR instantly calms, and is known to aid deep relaxation.

With Advanced MFR a wider range of approaches is covered. As well as offering all the benefits from MFR itself, we are also working on structural integration, cranial and sacral release. The core job of releasing tension and restriction still applies, but there are more tools and techniques used.
