Matthew didn’t sign up after his first consultation.

He walked away and carried on doing what he thought was right.

But after working with hundreds of clients over the years, we’ve seen something very different.

Gary had tried group PT, 1-to-1 coaching before coming to see us…

But he found that his progress had stalled, and if he was being honest, the gym still felt like a puzzle for him.

Couple this with a complex long-term back nerve issue…

He needed support from someone who understood the body, worked with physios, and could build a plan that protected progress instead of risking flare-ups.

This is when he reached out to us for help & started working with our coach, Sam.

18 months later, it’s clear that leap paid off.

Alot of people think results require long sessions, weekend boot camps, intense “shreds,” or 6 week challenges.

It sounds productive. But it’s mostly just noise.

Real progress comes from training smarter, less sessions, more focused training, done consistently, with the right plan.

Richard wasn’t new to training, he enjoyed it.

But after cvid, life filled every spare gap, his routine slipped, and 10+ hours a week in a gym just wasn’t realistic anymore.

That’s where most people go wrong,
doing more of what looks intense, instead of what actually works.

Richard wanted a plan built around his real life:

Fitness to keep up with his young boys

To play football weekly without the injury fear

Jonathan’s 59 years old, and he’s in better shape now than he ever was in his 20s or 30s.

That didn’t start with motivation.

It started with a moment that a lot of people will recognise.

Jonathan would get changed, grab his gym kit, walk up to the doors… and then turn around and go home.

No confidence.

No self-belief.
