Matthew didn’t sign up after his first consultation.
He walked away and carried on doing what he thought was right.
Training most days. Putting the hours in. Trying harder than ever… and still barely seeing progress.
We see this all the time.
People are working hard. More sessions. More hours.
But also more frustration.
Four weeks later, he came back.
This time ready to stop guessing and follow a proper plan.
Since then, he’s dropped over 24kg, built real strength, learned how to train and eat properly, and most importantly, his confidence has completely changed.
Not just in the gym. In himself.
