🚑 First Event of 2026 – Here We Go!

The first event of the year is here Army Benevolent Fund’re proud to be providing medical cover for the Army Benevolent Fund Home Front Walk❤️🏞️

The walk begins at the historic Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where generations of British Army officers have started their careers. From there, the route heads through the beautiful Barossa Nature Reserve, continues through Deepcut past St Barbara’s Church, and alongside the Army Training Centre Pirbright, where today’s recruits train.

The walk finishes at Brookwood Military Cemetery, a very special place and the final resting place of thousands of Commonwealth soldiers — a powerful and reflective end to the route.

The team are currently travelling down from Durham, getting everything in place ready for the start tomorrow morning.

We’re really looking forward to supporting everyone taking part and being part of such a meaningful event.

🚴‍♂️ A Rare Sight in Sri Lanka! 🇱🇰

Whilst looking after a small group of 12 cyclists on their journey across Sri Lanka, a rare photograph was captured — one of our Exped expedition medics on two wheels!

From the trails to the tarmac, our medics are always right there with the team. You’ll find them accompanying our groups on foot, on two wheels, and even on four, ensuring every expedition is safe, supported, and running smoothly.

A huge shout-out to our incredible medical crews who go above and beyond, no matter the terrain. 🌍💙

🚴‍♂️ And that’s a wrap!

The cyclists have packed up their bikes and are now making their way back home after an incredible event. A huge well done to everyone involved!

Meanwhile, the Exped Medical ground team is busy packing down and organising equipment as we prepare for our return flight to the UK later tonight.

It’s been a fantastic experience supporting this journey—thank you to all riders, partners, and supporters who made it possible. Safe travels, everyone! ✈️🌍

🌄 Ride Morocco Ride – Day 6! 🚴‍♂️✨
Today our incredible cyclists complete their final 50km journey back to Marrakech, winding through the stunning gorges of the Ourika Valley. After days of determination, teamwork, and grit, they now get to enjoy a well-earned afternoon of rest and the vibrant sights, sounds, and colours of Marrakech. 🌺🕌

This remarkable team has conquered thousands of metres of climbing and hundreds of miles on the saddle—and they’ve done it all with smiles on their faces and unstoppable spirit.

At Exped Medical Group, we’re proud to have supported them every step of the way. What an inspiring group of people, and what an unforgettable journey. 💙💪
