I feel so blessed to do the work I do. Working with families during one of the most difficult times in their life is an honour and privilege. One of my recent families asked to find a poem for their mother, and this caught my attention. I work through my heart space when searching for the right poem or prayers for families to ensure each and every family feels supported and heard. I felt to share this one today as I feel it is just so beautiful.
