The old & new cathedrals meet.

I shall miss this iconic sight (with its ever changing backdrop of skies) when I leave Coventry University. These buildings hold many fond memories of my first job working in the cathedral visitors centre & of my beloved Uncle Colin, who started as a volunteer guide before going on to co-manage the visitors centre & regularly carried the prosessional cross during Sunday services.

A time of much change ahead always stirs a little nostalgia & sentiment, but as one door closes, another one opens. Welcome future, whatever you may hold.
