Celebrate the change of season or simply idulge in self care - a wonderful afternoon of relaxation in September.
Our Autumn meeting of the Reki Dojo at 2pm will welcome everyone to give an receive Reiki at our share circle. We welcome seasoned practitioners, curious new explorers and everyone in between! Our sessions start with a gentle medittion and energy raising circle before dispersing into groups to deliver and receive Reiki in groups - a nice big blast.
Refreshments will be served afterwards and at 4.03pm our Equinox Soundbath will begin. Emma Diamond of Almond tree Clinic will treat us all to a wonderful symphony of gongs, chimes and tones designed to reach our harmonic core and effect healing and relaxation.
